Marilan is very sweet she help me with a large order that I had and never said no to me and instead of for different options. She has great customer service and is really fast one of the best experiences I've had. You can tell she knows what she's doing. I didn't get any of my boxes dirty either.

I started coming here through a promotion with T-Mobile; get a free medium latte. However since they only have almond milk and it's not my favorite non-dairy milk, I asked if I could just get the shots of espresso in my personal cup. They were okay with that and I went on my way. The next week, I came in asking for the same thing, but not only would they not give me the espresso, but they wouldn't put the drink in my personal cup! I'm not sure if it's because it was a Starbucks cup, but I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't accept my personal cup.

If you're trying to transition away from Starbucks and try another brand of coffee, I don't recommend Dunkin. They don't seem to accommodate customized orders like Starbucks does.

I was happy Dunkin Came to California and even better that it came to Pasadena.
I went into get some donuts and coffee along with the new sriracha sandwich.
The first think I notice was the cashier actually handles 2 customers cash with a plastic glove then boxes 1/2 dozen donuts for me.
Then the cashier next to him actually did the same exact thing, while I was waiting for my coffee...

Make matters worse my hot coffee was actually cold?

I'm a big fan Dunkin but this is a big health concern when someone handles cash then candles food.

Came in here to buy a dozen plain glazed donuts and was told I could only get an assortment of all different kinds-- I needed to call in with 24 hour notice if I wanted a dozen of the same flavor-- WTF?!? Guess you can't walk into a donut store and buy a dozen plain donuts!

I was a big fan of Dunkin Donuts when I was in the East Coast and mid-West, but the chain has not translated well to the West Coast. I was so excited when they opened stores in Santa Monica, Downtown, and now my hometown of Pasadena, but they should really delete the "donuts" from their name all together-- everyone comes in here to buy breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks, and their donuts just sit in the display window-- but alas, they won't sell me a dozen plain glazed donuts.

I will be returning to Winchell's or one of the many small donut shops around Pasadena that will gladly sell me a dozen plain glazed donuts.

    Thanks for reading Yelpers! Peace!

This place is just ok. Customer service isn't the best here. When you ask for less ice, you may end up with half a cup of medium ice coffee with 3 ice cubes.. I'm totally fine when you don't fill it to the top with milk, but to take half of everything out? That's just a bit weird.
